How To Use
My Trading Robot offers 3 kinds of trading signals to watch:
- High beta stock day trading (higher price, big swinger type stocks)
- Low price stock daytrading ( stocks above 1.00 but less than 12.00)
- Swing trading (stocks held from hours to multiple days)
Registered users automatically get access to all 3 types of signals, and can have separate watch lists for each type. In addition, you can turn off or on each type of trade - so it is fully customizeable to see only the information you want to see. My Trading Robot DOES NOT TRADE PENNY STOCKS, defined as OTCBB and Pink Sheet. Any so called "robot" that says they can is probably a sure scam imo, no matter what the testimonials or videos show. That is my personal opinion, I have no experience with any of them and will not name any names. Even if you do not choose to use My Trading Robot, I would advise caution to anyone looking to trade those types of stocks.
Assuming you have registered and responded to the email confirmation, here is how you use My Trading Robot:
- The high beta stocks are sent from mytradingrobot AIM
- The low priced stocks are sent from mytradingrobot2 AIM
- The swing play stocks are sent from mytradingrobot3 AIM
Launch AIM - add mytradingrobot, mytradingrobot2 and mytradingrobot3 to your buddy list. Occasionally after hours they might be offline. If this is the case, just try again later.
Open An IM- to each of the t3 and type in "register" (no quotes). This will make sure you are able to receive signals from each - even if you are not going to use each one, you should do this step.
Remove All - , go to each one (mytradingrobot, mytradingrobot2, mytradingrobot3) and type in "remove all". This will clear the default stock list (about 5 names in each). From here you can create your custom watch list on each. If you do not wish to use a particular type of trade, you can leave your watch list blank OR just type in "unregister" to the appropriate robot over IM. You can re-register at any point and everything you saved will be there.
Create Watch List - you use the add command. If you wish to see all signals, type in "add all". Otherwise you can go here and see the list of stocks My Trading Robot is following and add the ones you want to each stock list. Mytradingrobot, mytradingrobot2 and mytradingrobot3 all trade different stocks. There might be some overlap, but in general the lists are different. Go here to find the list of stocks traded by My Trading Robot.
Save Watch List - Once you create a watch list, save it by typing in "save mylist1" You can name it anything you want, it does not have to be mylist1. This watch list will be saved even if you log off or type in unregister. You can have as many watch lists as you want.
TIP: Make watch lists by sector, so you can load just the sectors you want to watch during the day.
Load Watch List - You can use the load command to load up each watch list (loads are additive, meaning if you type "load mylist1" then "load mylist2" your current watch list will be mylist1 + mylist 2. If you want to remove names, use the remove command. Either "remove all" or "remove ABC DEF HIJK" etc - will remove individual names.
Watch The Robot Trade - Now its easy. In real time My Trading Robot will trade all the stocks on your watch list and broadcast the signals to you. Price targets and stops are included. You can query stats on anything the robot is trading in real time using the "profits" or the "stats" command. If you need to turn the trading off, simply type in "unregister". When you register back again to turn them on, all of your stuff will be saved still for you.
Here are the current commands available:
(do not type quotes)
"register" - I want to see all the robot's trades.
"unregister" - I dont want to see any more trades.
"register buys" - I only want to see trades where the robot is going long (buying).
"register sells" - I only want to see trades where the robot is going short (short sales).
"last AMZN" - the robot will report back the last closed out trade in that symbol (replace AMZN with another symbol).
"stats symbolname" - the robot will give you historical trading statistics for every time it has traded that symbol in the last few weeks.
"position symbolname" - the robot will give you its current trading position in that name if any, including entry price.
"Stop symbolname" - the robot will tell you its current stop price on the trade in that symbol, if there is a position active.
"market trend" - the robot will give you the overall short term market trend as it monitors in real time.
"profits symbolname" - the robot will give you the net profits or losses for that symbol obtained by the robot over the last 15-20 days traded(time varies by symbol, depending on signals generated). Net profits/losses include all trades posted by the robot to users in that symbol.
"Add symbolname1 symbolname2 symbolname3" - adds these symbols to your watch list. The robot will only show you its trades on names in your watchlist. The wildcard 'Add ALL' can be used to add every symbol to your list. Make sure your list is separated with spaces, not commas.
"Remove symbolname1 symbolname2 symbolname3" - This tells the robot to remove names from your watch list. The wildcard 'Remove ALL' can be used to remove all names from your watch list.
"Save Listname" - replace listname with a name of your choice. This will save the current watchlist for easy loading later on. Users can save as many lists as they want. A common benefit to this is to have sector lists (banks, oil, tech etc) so you can then customize what you will watch each day by just loading the sectors you want to see.
"Load Listname" - replace listname with a saved listname you have created. The load command is additive, meaning if you have mylist1 and mylist2, and then load mylist, then load mylist2, your symbol list will be the combined symbols in mylist1 + mylist2. Since the load is additive, usually most users use "remove all" first, then load what they need.
"Lists" - Displays all of the saved list names you have with the robot.
"Symbols" - The robot will show you what symbols are currently in your watch list that is active. If you have used ADD ALL to add all names to your list, you will only get ALL as your symbol list. To see the actual list of them, remove one of them using "remove symbolname" then add it back using "add symbolname" and the whole list will then be there when you type in symbols.
Remember, in order to use My Trading Robot you must confirm your account by responding to the registration email. CHECK YOUR SPAM BOX if you did not receive one - they are automatically sent out. In addition, you must make a watch list to see anything. If you do not add names to your watch list, you are only enabled by default for 5 names.
Most users like to review the robot's trades, or learn from what it does. The robot has its own blog of historical archives of the exact trades as they were sent out to users live. It is updated regularly with the robot's daily trade activities. This site does not require registration of any kind, its free for all to use. The blog archive can be found on the right hand menu.

So while the robot expected BK to move down about 0.25, it only went 22c BUT the trailing stop got you out at about even. Most people would have cut BK before this - if you want a gain of 0.25 but miss it by 3c, most of the time you would just get out up 0.15 or something like that rather than let it fall apart back to even.

This is in line with historical average of 65%-80% win rate, depending on the day. I did not cherry pick this day, literally I just picked a random day to show how My Trading Robot works. The robot is profitable most days, but of course this is not possible every day. It has a terrific ability to find winning trades in real time, and is a great tool to assist traders in finding quality trade ideas in real time.
