The Robot is not trading with real money, and because of this fact, does not have to deal with the effects of losses, commissions, and slippage which have a definite effect on returns in the real world and the ability for anyone to follow any trading strategy or series of trading ideas. The type of trading the robot is engaging in is highly risky due to the short term nature of the trades, which can result in substantial losses. The robot has no knowledge of what any company does, news events, market risk or anything else. It is simply designed to trade technical patterns in stock prices using an advanced set of formulas. The robot and this website also have no knowledge of any individuals financial capabilities, level of sophistication, education, or anything else that a qualified financial adviser would take into account. Any user who watches the robot or registers with this site to gain access to the robot acknowledges accepting this agreement, and is over the age of 18 years old. The user is agreeing that they are not going to use the trading signals the robot broadcasts with any real money. The acceptance of this agreement also indemnifies the creators of My Trading Robot from any losses or damages, actual or consequential that may result should a user try to trade the signals despite agreeing not to. In addition, the robot can be subject to interrupt of service due to events outside the control of the company, such as power outages, equipment failure, data feed problems and any other host of issues that may arise. Users agree that any interrupt of service is acceptable and understand every effort will be made to get the robot back up and running as soon as possible.

All information gathered from registered users is stored in a secure database. None of that information will ever be sold to any third parties ever, nor will the email list be used for any other purpose than communication from MyTradingRobot. Anyone who registers on this site MUST be over the age of 18 years old. Anyone who is under 18 and registers with this site is violating the Terms of Service of this site.
